Common Questions
What if my address is outside the service area? ▼
If you enter an address outside our covered neighborhoods (Evanston, Rogers Park, Wilmette, Skokie), you’ll see a clear message at checkout letting you know we can’t service your location yet. We’re always expanding!
How is the final charge calculated? ▼
Your card is pre-authorized for $25 at booking. After we pick up your laundry, we weigh it and calculate the final charge ($1.75/lb residential, $1.50/lb commercial). If your laundry weighs less than 14 lbs, you’re charged the $25 minimum. The final amount is charged after weighing.
Can I book a same-day slot? ▼
Yes! Same-day slots are available as long as there’s at least 1 hour of lead time before the slot begins. Slots with insufficient lead time are automatically grayed out at checkout.
Does the Thursday discount stack with my promo code? ▼
No — discounts cannot be combined. On Thursdays, the 50% off discount is automatically applied. The LAUNDINI25 code is blocked on Thursdays and will show a message explaining this.
Can I leave my laundry bag outside? ▼
Yes! Just make sure to label your bag clearly with your name so our driver can identify it. We recommend placing it in a visible spot near your door.
